Departure

Your pickup appointment will be confirmed after 4:00 p.m. the day before departure.

Please inform us of changes to your desired pickup time a day in advance.

Cancellations less than one day prior to departure will be charged a EUR 10.00 cancellation fee.

If we are unable to fulfill our obligations, we will return the entire fee or present you with a voucher of equal value. We do not reimburse taxi fees.

We shall not be liable for a late arrival at the airport if the cause is not our responsibility or fault.

We suggest that you should be at the airport at least two hours prior to departure, in order to facilitate a smooth check-in. If you request to be picked up later than this, we cannot be held responsible for a missed flight.

Return

Please inform us as soon as possible when there are changes to your travel plans in order to avoid unnecessary expenses.

Please also inform us of changes to your arrival time due to airport delays (e.g., lines in customs, lost luggage).

The trip from the airport to your final destination may be delayed up to 45 minutes due to traffic jams or technical problems. Naturally this may result in a wait at the selected Meeting Point.

Our obligation to wait for you ends 15 minutes after the luggage carrousel is turned off and after calling for you over the airport intercom.
